Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has recently completed a project at Dickens Yard in Ealing, involving several specialist services from its Building Access Specialists division.
The project is part of a contract which sees the Group’s engineers attend the site in West London four times a year to perform high-level window cleaning as well as the testing of ManSafe systems and anchor points.
Developed by St George, Dickens Yard is a vibrant new quarter in Ealing consisting of nine different residential buildings. Residents enjoy a spa and fitness suite, 24-hour concierge, a selection of bars, restaurants and boutiques as well as a Crossrail connection.
PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd often works in conjunction with the Group’s other business divisions, particularly PTSG Access & Safety Ltd. Its specialists are trained in a variety of access techniques, including abseiling. This enables them to service every part of a building, whatever the specification or the challenge of the brief.
