NSS Group (NSS), part of Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), has been awarded Platinum Status by Investors in People (IIP).
Out of 59,000 accredited companies, NSS is proud to join the exclusive group that has achieved this prestigious recognition. This award is a testament to the commitment of NSS in fostering a supportive, inclusive workplace and striving for continuous improvement.
NSS’s journey with IIP began back in 2017. By the end of that year, the team had already earned the standard IIP accreditation. By 2020, NSS had surpassed expectations, bypassing the Silver accreditation and jumping directly to Gold.
In 2024, the team found themselves back in the accreditation process, keen to evidence their successful implementation and adoption of further improvements. And just a few weeks ago, the news came that NSS has achieved the Platinum standard. Out of 59,000 companies assessed only 2% achieve this top accreditation.
Investors in People is a globally recognised standard for people management, aiming to assess how well organisations lead and support their people. With a focus on continuous improvement, the IIP framework helps organisations make better decisions surrounding leadership, employee engagement, and performance. Achieving Platinum is the highest accolade, reflecting an organisation’s exceptional commitment to its people and its ability to create a positive, sustainable work culture.
NSS Group forms a major part of PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd and is one of the largest constituent companies within the Group as a whole. It has added to or bolstered PTSG’s core offering including the testing of access systems, reactive and planned external building fabric maintenance, including coatings, glazing, gutters and cut edge corrosion, window cleaning and associated services.
