Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is currently on site in Birmingham where its specialist access engineers are carrying out works to the Unite student accommodation in Selly Oak.
Sitting on the canal in the Selly Oak, a popular area of Birmingham for students, the Unite accommodation is just 15-minutes from the University of Birmingham. There’s a sociable atmosphere, with a cinema room and a student-friendly pub, the Bristol Pear, over the road.
A team from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd is currently on site for the next three weeks undertaking a brick tinting job on the Unite accommodation building.
PTSG has provided specialist fire solutions for Unite Students in a number of different contracts throughout the UK. In 2021, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd provided testing of dry and wet risers, sprinklers and pumps at sites nationwide.
Also in that year, engineers from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd attended one of Unite Students’ sites in Manchester to remove signage, using rope access techniques.
