Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has announced the sale of Integral Cradles Ltd., a cradle installation company based in London.
Paul Teasdale, Group CEO, said: “The PTSG Board decided to make this divestment in the cradle installation sector and is delighted that Integral Cradle Ltd.’s Managing Director, Kevin Walton, has agreed to purchase and take the business forward.
“We are fully committed to the continuation of our successful strategy of achieving market leadership across the sectors in which we operate. This divestment ensures we remain focused on our market-leading cradle maintenance business.
“PTSG operates from four distinct and highly successful trading divisions: Access and Safety, Electrical Services, Building Access Specialists and Fire Solutions.
“Integral Cradles Ltd., led by new owner, Kevin Walton, will continue to be a market-leading cradle installation business. His team, under PTSG, developed an award-winning reputation for designing and installing access solutions for some of the world’s most remarkable structures and recently won a top UK award for its work on London’s iconic Scalpel building.
“Many of the buildings are unique in size and configuration, requiring a complex and distinctive system for accessing their façade. Forming collaborative relationships with customers and delivering rigorous test and inspection processes ensures that PTSG’s customers consistently comply with current legislation. Kevin and his team are now very well placed to continue the work within this sector.
“We wish the Integral Cradles Ltd team a bright and successful future.”
