Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is pleased to announce that Phil Seaton has been promoted to Managing Director of Nationwide Specialist Services (NSS). Reporting directly to Chris Peirce, Managing Director of PTSG’s Building Access Specialists division, Phil will take on a key leadership role as NSS continues to grow and evolve.
With a strong background in operations, service delivery and business transformation, Phil has played a pivotal role in the success of NSS. As Operations Director, he consistently delivered outstanding results, driving efficiency, innovation and customer satisfaction. More recently, he stepped up as acting Managing Director for Pure Power, demonstrating his ability to lead across multiple service areas within the Group.
Phil’s career spans over two decades in specialist services, including roles that have seen him oversee major projects, develop high-performing teams and drive business improvements. His leadership style is built on a commitment to operational excellence and a deep understanding of customer needs, making him the ideal choice to take NSS forward.
