Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is working nationwide to install and repair flagpoles at business premises for a variety of clients.
A recent project was completed at Woolwich Crown Court, where the flagpole wasn’t working. Located at 2 Belmarsh Road, Thamesmead, it is one of twelve Crown Court centres serving Greater London. It is adjacent to both HM Prison Belmarsh and Belmarsh Magistrate’s Court. Operational from 1993, it has 12 courtrooms and deals with more than 750 cases a year.
The flag pole at the premises had previously been repaired and a new rope installed, but the handle for the system was broken and staff were unable to engage the lock at the top. In addition, the top cap had been damaged by a defendant while it was down at ground level.
Operatives from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd sourced parts and provided repairs to return the flagpole to a fully operational condition. Its teams are being called upon by clients nationwide to perform similar repairs or a complete replacement and installation. PTSG’s specialists use a variety of access methods to carry out their work and ensure the flagpoles work perfectly.
