Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has landed a contract to provide electrical testing services at Burnley General Hospital.
Burnley General Hospital in Lancashire is operated by the East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust, and was first established as an infirmary for the local workhouse in 1876. The hospital has since been greatly modernised, most recently with the opening of a £32m state-of-the-art Women and Newborn Centre in 2006.
A skilled team from the Group’s electrical services division will carry out fixed wire testing at the hospital, making sure that the electrics throughout the facility are 100% safe for all staff, patients or visitors.
This is just one of the many hospitals for which PTSG has carried out work, with experience in providing several specialist services for hospitals across the country. The Group has twice been shortlisted in the PFM awards’ Partners in Healthcare category, highlighting its commitment to carefully planning and timing works at healthcare facilities, reducing any disruption to a minimum.
