Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist fire solutions within a prominent new Central London residential and retail development.
8 Eaton Lane is a redevelopment of a Grade II-listed mansion block in Belgravia, London. The project offers 42 luxury residences with access to amenities including a pool, gym and cinema, plus seven retail units.
Belgrave Mansiom was formerly known as Grosvenor Gardens House. It was built in 1867 as one of Britain’s first serviced apartment blocks. The building was later converted to commercial use. The prominent 0.57-acre freehold site comprises a substantial mansion block overlooks Grosvenor Gardens. It is opposite the Nova Building at the Nova development.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will deliver sprinklers, foam suppression units and dry risers to the central london development. This is needed to provide protection to the seven retail units on the ground floor of the residential development.
