Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has had a team of Building Access Specialists working in Manchester city centre to restore a large commercial building.

In January 2024, the Manchester Evening News reported that there are a swathe of new projects coming to the city centre that will transform its skyline. While some are nearing completion, many more will get going in earnest in the next 12 months.

Set to open this year is Co-op Live, the UK’s largest indoor arena with 23,500 seats, next to the Etihad Stadium. Nearby, new workspaces will open at Piccadilly East, and, on the other side of town, a primary school will open on Crown Street.

Looking further ahead, building will start on thousands of new homes in the Victoria North project. There will be investment in science projects on Oxford Road, and, after a long wait, the new design for Piccadilly Gardens is set to be unveiled.

Operatives from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd have been delivering specialist services to the roof of a large commercial building. They possess skills in working on a wide range of buildings and maintain the same high standard of service whether they are carrying out a small repair to a modern building or conducting a large restoration of a heritage property.

They have extensive experience in delivering maintenance and repairs to tiled roofs, whether flat or sloping, and can carry out a wide variety of general works.
