Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has continued its specialist cleaning contract at Heathrow Airport, Terminal 5.
Heathrow Terminal 5 is an airport terminal at Heathrow Airport, the main airport serving London. Opened in 2008, the main building in the complex is the largest free-standing structure in the United Kingdom. Until 2012, the terminal was used solely by British Airways.
Costing £4.3 billion and the size of 50 football pitches, Heathrow Terminal 5 is designed to handle 35 million people a year at capacity; with over a football of over 50,000 people every single day.
The contract between Heathrow Airport and PTSG (via component NSS Group) began in 2016. The terminal is the most prestigious on the extensive Heathrow campus and PTSG was proud to be awarded the Terminal 5 contract by Mitie. PTSG’s operatives deliver commercial window cleaning using a variety of methods, preserving and enhancing the appearance of the terminal building while adhering to the clients’ budget tailoring the frequency and schedule to suit.
As a result of the professional and systematic approach of PTSG at Terminal 5, its team at NSS has also been awarded the high-level cleaning contract at Heathrow Terminal 3.
