Members of Trinity Fire & Security (Trinity), part of Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) were delighted to take part in a community project earlier this month, supporting one of their key customers – Mace.
Heron Way Community Allotments is an open access horticultural resource located in Feltham, near Heathrow Airport. People are welcome to learn horticulture, share skills and join in communal growing, with the option to become a member for just £25 per year. New members are given a full induction and orientation over a few weeks until they are settled in.
As well as giving local residents the opportunity to grow their own fruit and vegetables, allotment plots provide a whole ecosystem for insects, plants, microorganisms and fungi, as well providing refuge for wildlife in urban areas – so they’re extremely important in supporting and maintaining many species.
Trinity is part of PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd. Its people are extremely active in the community and in April they helped to make Easter that little bit more special for children by donating Easter eggs to:
- Oxfordshire University Hospitals
- University Hospitals Dorset
- Kettering General Hospital
