Hello and welcome to the latest edition of Inside PTSG- our monthly e-newsletter which brings you all of the latest news and insight from around the business.
Last month we were delighted to discover that PTSG had been recognised in two different industry awards. Firstly, we were named as finalists in the Tomorrow’s FM Awards 2018 for our bespoke software system PTSG Clarity. Tomorrow’s FM is a leading industry publication and its awards recognise the most innovative products and services introduced in the facilities management industry in the last 12 months. I am very proud of this shortlisting, which once again outlines PTSG’s commitment to developing innovative and forward-thinking products which keep our business at the forefront of the FM industry.
Secondly, we were also named as a winner in the Corporate Livewire Innovation and Excellence Awards 2017, for the work our Fire Solutions division has carried out on residential and commercial safety systems. We were awarded the prize for Excellence in Commercial & Residential Safety Solutions, recognising our work to install, test and maintain a vast range of fire safety solutions, including wet and dry risers, sprinkler systems, fire alarms, fire extinguishers and emergency lighting. This award is a real coup for our newly formed Fire Solutions division, which offers turn-key solutions for fire protection to help public bodies and private companies keep their people safe, and further highlights the excellent work our teams carry out.
In other industry news, BIFM recently published a new guidance note to help companies in our industry to better understand statutory compliance across procurement projects. We have worked to ensure these guidelines are fully integrated into PTSG, and will continue to strive for the achievement of best practice in all of our procurement processes at all times.
Finally, we have a number of exciting contract wins with some high-profile businesses to announce. All of these are located on our website, and I hope you’ll be interested in reading them and learning more about the work we do. If you have any suggestions for things to include or ways we can improve this e-newsletter, do please get in touch. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this edition.
Best wishes
