Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has started work on a manual maintenance contract for Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham.
PTSG’s cradles maintenance team will work closely with established partner and first tier contractor, Mitie. The contract runs from September of this year until August 2019 and involves the maintenance of safety access equipment at Lloyds Banking Group’s building in Colmore Row, Birmingham.
Colmore Row runs from Victoria Square to just beyond Snow Hill station and is traditionally the city’s most prestigious business address. It was developed in the 18th century and is characterised by elegant Georgian and Victorian buildings. As a sign of the times, a Starbucks now stands next door to the Lloyds Banking building.
With engineers based in a number of regional locations throughout the UK, PTSG offers national coverage – not only for access and safety work but for a wide range of services within PTSG’s other three business divisions: electrical services, building access specialists and Fire Solutions. These divisions operate separately but often coordinate with each other to offer clients multiple expert services, saving them the time and cost of finding numerous niche specialist service providers.
