Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist fire solutions for one of the world’s longest-serving general insurance providers.
The company, a well-known name in the sector, has been providing insurance for over 300 years. Its products are as diverse as its customers’ needs and includes commercial insurance for businesses of all sizes as well as a range of personal insurance products. The company’s head office is in London, with further offices throughout the UK. Overseas offices are in Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and Spain.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will deliver a fire door survey to 81 doors at the company’s Halifax office.
Fire doors are in integral part of any passive fire programme of protection within a building. PTSG’s teams routinely supply and install dire doors in addition to carrying out testing and inspection and follow-up repair or maintenance work. Other passive fire systems PTSG delivers include fire-rated glazing, fire curtains and cavity barriers, fire stopping and penetration sealing, fire compartmentation, fire and smoke damper testing and maintenance and ventilation and ductwork cleaning.
