Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at York Place – a redeveloped public realm located in south-west London.
Located in Battersea, York Place will become a significant public amenity, hosting the headquarters of the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD), as well as a public promenade and new, modern homes.
The previously redundant brownfield site is being transformed onto a new and exciting destination for south-west London. By collaborating with local authorities, developers, the housing association and design teams, this project is bringing together communities and transforming York Road into a space that all generations can enjoy.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will deliver a new lightning protection system to safeguard the buildings and their users of the new development in the event of an electrical storm.
