Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), via constituent company Neo Property Services (Neo), has been contracted to provide specialist passive fire services for a large housing association with approximately 12,000 properties across the UK, the majority of which are in the north-west of England.
The customer also provides an award-winning telecare emergency personal alarm service, which enables over 60,000 people across Lancashire and parts of the UK to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Through a formal tender process, Neo was selected as an experienced contractor with the expertise to complete compartmentation works to the roof space and additional remedial works at a care home in the customer’s property portfolio. All works are required to adhere with current British standards, building regulations and good practice. Neo’s engineers will deliver remedial works to a range of passive fire assets within the care home.
Neo forms part of PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd, one of the Group’s five independent business divisions. In addition to providing passive fire services, its engineers also deliver fire detection and alarm systems, fire suppression systems including sprinklers and dry risers, and security systems.
