Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), via Neo Property Services, has been contracted to deliver specialist passive fire services for a French multinational universal bank and financial services company.
Engineers from Neo, which forms part of PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd, will deliver a two-phase programme of repairs to fire doors within one of Manchester’s most prestigious buildings. Having recently had its grandeur restored, the building now offers Grade A refurbished office space.
Access to the building is restricted, with no parking on site, which presents a challenge to challenge to PTSG’s team. Furthermore, being a multi-tenanted building, operational works will, at times, run in parallel. Therefore, the management controls associated with day-to-day servicing and operation of the building need to be carefully planned and agreed with the building management team.
