Welcome to Inside PTSG.
It was interesting to note the recent news article on the first ever UK project to achieve a 100 per cent BREEAM certificate. BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) is the world’s leading science-based suite of validation and certification systems for a more sustainable built environment.
The Nova building in Oxford – a former gas holder site – has been transformed into a 45,000-square-foot facility for mid-tech, research and development and lab use. The building is fitted with solar panels and the site has 46 cycle parking spaces, while 25 per cent of its car park is devoted to electric vehicles. There is a wildlife garden with a pond.
This resonates with our approach at PTSG, where we have put ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) at the top of our agenda. In doing so, we can be sure that we are doing our utmost to work towards the most sustainable outcome in every area of business.

Glasgow’s Celtic Park is this month’s Extraordinary Building, where our Building Access Specialists are using a variety of access methods to carry out essential maintenance work.
I wish you all the best and look forward to keeping you informed of further updates from throughout the Group.
Best wishes
