Historic Environment Scotland has contracted Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) to deliver specialist water treatment services. This was done via constituent company HCS.
Historic Environment Scotland is an executive non-departmental public body responsible for investigating, caring for and promoting Scotland’s historic environment. Among other duties, Historic Environment Scotland maintains more than 300 properties of national importance. These include Edinburgh Castle, Skara Brae and Fort George.
Historic Scotland, a government agency responsible for properties of national importance, and the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland (RCAHMS) formerly split the responsibilities of HES. RCAHMS collects and manages records about Scotland’s historic environment. A Bill of the Scottish Parliament published on 3 March 2014 dissolved the pair and transferred their functions to Historic Environment Scotland on 1 October 2015.
In this contract, the team from HCS will deliver a variety of specialist water treatment services for the client in Scotland. Clients across industry sectors trust PTSG for its comprehensive water hygiene, treatment, and remedial services. Its services ensure the safe management of water systems, with protection from Legionella and compliance with the necessary regulations. Its focus is on reliability and sustainability and saving companies time and money.
