Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at a new development in West London.
The Portal is a residential-led development in North Acton. The 36-storey, 119.25-metre-high residential building designed by HTA will provide 350 new homes to the long-term rental market. The scheme includes 35% Affordable Housing (118 units) with a broad range of tenures including London Affordable Rent, London Living Rent and Discount Market Rent.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will install a new lightning protection system. Such systems protect tall buildings and their users in the event of an electrical storm.
