Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist Access & Safety services at the Brent Cross Town regeneration scheme.

Earlier this year, construction contractor Galliford Try completed the first build-to-rent building at the Brent Cross Town regeneration scheme. Located on Neighbourhood Square in the heart of the town centre, it will feature 249 new rental homes alongside residents’ amenities over three new blocks.

In addition to providing new accommodation, new office buildings and flexible small business spaces – as well as a new high street – are planned to make the development a great place to work as well as to live and spend quality time.

Work is now underway is plat 14, which will feature 286 apartments with a range of amenities for residents. Engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd will design, supply, install and commission a rope access davit system, rope access traditional boxes and self-retracting lifelines.

In addition to the above services, PTSG’s Access & Safety specialist also test and inspect systems and equipment regularly to ensure they continue to be fully operational and compliant with regulations. This extends to a range of suspended access equipment – any type of platform, scaffolding, or hoist that is suspended from a structure in order to perform maintenance or construction work. It is typically used to reach high places or to gain entrance to difficult to reach areas.
