Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been awarded a place on a framework to supply specialist passive fire services to NHS Trusts on a new UK public sector fire safety framework.
Established in 2007, and wholly owned by the NHS, NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) provides collaborative and bespoke procurement solutions to the NHS and other public sector organisations. Through category expertise and harnessing collective buying power they deliver comprehensive, compliant and innovative procurement solutions which save the NHS money.
The Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Services Framework will be available to Contracting Authorities across the NHS, healthcare, wider public and charitable sector in the UK to undertake the provision of Fire Risk Assessment Remedial Works Installation (supply and fit), Inspection and Maintenance.
In this contract, engineers from Neo Property Services, part of PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd, can deliver:
- Fire Stopping and Associated Works, Inspection, upgrades of compartmentation, investigative/intrusive surveys and Installation of Fire Stopping (supply and fit)
- Fire Door Inspection and Maintenance to include repairs, new installations and, door closers,
- Other building related works to Contracting Authorities properties that may be identified by FRAs
