Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at a landmark building in Basingstoke.

The developer submitted an application last year to demolish the empty building. It will redevelop the site to deliver approximately 206,050 square feet of commercial space, including 10,194 sq. ft of office space.
The former AA site, with its vast two-storey underground parking and five-storey above ground design. Ensuring minimal disruption to businesses on the industrial estate, a nearby hotel, residential blocks, and two busy main roads during the demolition and enabling works posed significant challenges.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will deliver a brand-new lighting protection system at the newly developed site. This will provide vital protection for the structure and users in the event of an electrical storm.
