Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist Access & Safety services at a fashionable music venue and restaurant in Birmingham.
The Jam House, situated in St Paul’s Square in the heart of the city’s Jewellery Quarter, hosts big-name blues and rock acts in an intimate three-storey Georgian building with a top-floor restaurant.
The venue is split into three floors with an open plan design. For dinner, freshly cooked international cuisine is served on the top floor, which seats over 80 people. This area is very popular for corporate events and social/business lunches and the atmosphere of the Jam House is relaxed and non-pretentious.
In this project, engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd will deliver Mansafe systems to the slate roof of the Georgian structure. This will enable maintenance and repair work to be delivered safely. Operatives from the Group’s five business divisions are experienced in working on historic and period properties, with extensive knowledge of integrating any new systems and equipment into old buildings in a way that complements the original aesthetic.
