Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), via constituent company Total Environmental Compliance (TEC), has completed several Legionella Risk Assessments for schools in Norwich.
PTSG has a wealth of experience in conducting Legionella risk assessments across all industry sectors. Building owners are responsible for their work premises under the Health and Safety Act 1974.
They must carry out a risk assessment of the property or premises that assesses the risk of exposure to Legionella. PTSG can make them aware of what Legionella is, what systems are hazardous and which are low-risk.
The risk assessment provided by PTSG Water Treatment Ltd follows the guidance set out in BSEN 8580:2010 which gives recommendations on the assessment of the risk of legionellosis presented by artificial water systems. The assessment will conclude on the condition of plant and advise the client of any remediation necessary in order to reduce the risk from Legionella bacteria.
