Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has completed a specialist services project at Vintners Place on London’s Southbank.
Vintners Place is a landmark riverside building providing office accommodation, with an on-site café, a private tenants gym and pool, and a rooftop terrace. Situated on the bank of the Thames, Vintners Place offers spectacular river views, immediate access to the Southwark Bridge, and all the amenities the City and Southbank have to offer. Neighbouring buildings include the OXO Tower, the Tate Modern gallery and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.
Rope access engineers from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd have installed Christmas lighting on the building’s grand façade before the seasonal festivities commence.
Rope access, or abseiling, is widely acknowledged to be the safest and most effective method of accessing a building to perform specialist services. It allows engineers to move laterally and vertically quickly and easily, with no need for costly or time-consuming equipment.
