Fire Door Safety Week took place from 31st October to 4th November, highlighting the critical role that fire doors play in saving lives. PTSG are LPCB, BM TRADA and Firas certified experts who specialise in the inspection and remediation of internal timber doors and front entrance door-sets.
In this issue’s Insight, there’s more detail about how our technicians provide vital assurance for the responsible persons that every aspect of their building’s fire doors are functioning in accordance with fire regulations – to protect lives and properties.
Project and Extraordinary Buildings describe residential projects of two very different kinds. At York House in Wembley, our Access & Safety engineers have replaced the original BMU with a new unit and installed restraint anchors on all elevations to comply with current regulations. At Stonebridge Mills in Leeds, our Building Access Specialists are providing ongoing refurbishment of a Grade II 40-metre brick mill chimney, which is being retained in this exclusive new residential development.
