Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to provide specialist electrical services for housing association Midlands Heart.
Birmingham-based Midlands Heart provides homes and services that help people live independently. It owns and manages 34,000 safe and affordable homes and provides services to 70,000 people. In 2020/21, during the difficulties of COVID, the association built 350 new homes across the Midlands, invested £22m in its homes and recorded customer satisfaction scores of 90%.

Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will be providing specialist electrical testing and remedial works at properties throughout the group’s portfolio.
