Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has won a contract to deliver specialist electrical services at a major address in Central London.

Chancery House is located in a prominent position on Chancery Lane, close to the intersection of High Holborn and only a short walk away from Chancery Lane, Holborn and Farringdon Stations.

The Office Group bought Chancery House for a figure believed to be around £114.5m last year, with a view to refurbishing the upper office floors. Below ground level of the building are the London Silver Vaults, a collection of around 30 shops offering the largest retail selection of silver under one roof in the world.

The aim is to create the best-in-class flex product that is going to cater to the full range of occupiers, from start-ups and small businesses to enterprise. The interior will include a significant food and drink offering”, as well as fitness studios and a meditation area. Moreover, the space will specifically cater to flexible working needs.

Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd have been contracted to install a brand-new lightning protection system at the building. This will ensure protection of the structure and all users in the event of an electrical storm.

PTSG is the UK’s leading provider of lightning protection services. This includes bespoke and standard system installation, test and inspection and maintenance. It also encompasses surge protection and specialist earthing systems.
