Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has retained its contract to deliver a range of specialist services to facilities management provider Vertas.
Vertas is one of the fastest growing multi-service FM companies in Great Britain. There are over 4,000 employees across the Vertas Group, which directly delivers a wide range of facilities services and has acquired a number of local businesses and local supply partners to give greater strength and depth to its service portfolio.
The contract (via technical services group Imtech) sees engineers from different divisions of PTSG delivering fixed wire testing, portable appliance testing, fall arrest and chimney inspections across 70 properties nationwide. This will be the Group’s fourth term servicing this portfolio.
Bundled service contracts are becoming increasingly common amongst clients of PTSG, who benefit from one single point of contact for all services and compliance across a range of specialist services. Invariably, this also delivers cost savings.
