Premier Technical Services Group Ltd has installed lighting protection equipment at Chatham Waterfront and Britton Farm in Chatham.
Chatham Waterfront and Britton Farm are two new mixed-tenure residential buildings which comprise 219 one- or two-bedroom apartments and will provide residents with a new retail and leisure space, in the heart of Chatham. Currently being built by the Medway riverside, the apartments should begin occupancy from October 2021.
The new lightning protection system installed by engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will protect the tall buildings, residents and workers from lightning strikes in the heart of Chatham.
PTSG Electrical Services Ltd is the largest of the Group’s four divisions and it combines the talent and experience of some of the UK’s leading practitioners in their field. In lightning protection, this includes constituent company JW Gray, a business dating back to 1835, which is believed to be the oldest trading service provider of its kind in the UK and possibly Europe.
