Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has delivered a quick turnaround specialist services solution at a residential development in south-west London.
Faithful+Gould was appointed as both project manager and quantity surveyor by a joint venture between Barratt Thames Gateway and Notting Hill Home Ownership on a residential development call Parkside in Wandsworth, SW18.
The development provides 159 apartments including private and affordable housing, commercial space and a car park over two blocks. Argento tower is a 22-storey building consisting of 112 one-bed and two-bed units and commercial space at ground level. Palladio Court is seven storeys high and consists of 47 studio/one-bed affordable units.
Operatives from PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd delivered rope access window cleaning at the site. The team was mobilised immediately as a fast solution was required by the client.
