Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted for a further five years to deliver specialist fire solutions for YourLife Management Services – the management agent of McCarthy and Stone, providing Retirement Living PLUS developments.
McCarthy and Stone operates from four divisional offices and has a significant share of the UK retirement community market. The company is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.
Retirement Living PLUS offers residents assisted living apartments within a safe community. A range of tailored support and assistance is provided, as well as a chef-run restaurant or bistro on site. This renewed contract will see engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd continuing to provide dry riser testing, fire hydrant testing and fire extinguishers servicing at sites nationwide.
PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd specialises in the annual service and commissioning of wet and dry riser systems. Each dry riser service includes the Group’s 16-point service with a full detailed electronic report following every visit. Fire hydrant testing and commissioning is carried out in accordance with BS9990 2015 using the latest digital flow and test equipment.
