McCarthy & Stone is a developer and manager of retirement communities in the UK. The company operates from four divisional offices and has a significant share of the UK retirement community market. The company is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
The organisation offers the following three age-exclusive types of development:
• Lifestyle Living – exclusive to people over 55
• Retirement Living – exclusive to the over-60s
• Retirement Living Plus – exclusive to the over 70s and including a tailored level of personal care.
Engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will, over the course of the next five years, deliver services encompassing dry risers, sprinklers, fire hydrants and fire extinguishers across all McCarthy & Stone sites nationwide.
McCarthy & Stone has worked closely with PTSG during the challenging times of the pandemic. PTSG prides itself on providing an exceptional service, which has produced a consistently high contract renewal rate of 88%.
