Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has retained its Home Office portfolio for a further 12 months for the delivery of multiple specialist services.
The Home Office, also known as the Home Department, is a ministerial department of the Government of the United Kingdom, responsible for immigration, security, and law and order. Although its jurisdiction is the United Kingdom, in respect of most policing and justice matters this applies to England and Wales only.
PTSG’s Home Office portfolio involves two of the Group’s four divisions and covers the delivery of fall arrest testing, electrical compliance testing and the testing of lightning protection systems.
PTSG delivers specialist services for several other government departments including:
- The Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) – testing of fall arrest equipment at sites nationwide
- The Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and Land Registry – testing lightning protection systems, fall arrest equipment and electrical wiring systems
- Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC) – testing lightning protection systems, fall arrest equipment and cradles, allowing safe access to building façades.
