Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been appointed to provide specialist fire solutions at the Sandyford Central Development to the south of Dublin, in the Republic of Ireland.
This is a new build-to-rent development comprising 564 apartments spread over six distinct blocks. The scheme will have a large emphasis on communal amenity spaces to include concierge, gyms, working areas, lounges, multipurpose rooms and panoramic function areas as well as a crèche and café.
Sandyford Central will deliver a high-quality pedestrian connection between the Stillorgan Luas stop and the existing residential and retail units in the Sandyford Business District via a new landscaped public thoroughfare. The scheme is due for completion in 2023.
Engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will install commercial and residential sprinklers throughout the development. This is a significant scheme of work, which will be delivered over many months, and reflects the continued growth and increasing market share of PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd.
