Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been appointed to provide specialist electrical services at Vanston Place, just off Fulham Broadway in West London.
Previously a redundant derelict site, Vanston Place has been transformed into six modern high-end residential flats. The site was extremely tight, the planning conditions restrictive, and there were many technical challenges – the estates electrical substation also had to be re-sited. However, after a long and complicated construction phase, the site was handed over in August 2020.
PTSG Electrical Services Ltd has been commissioned to install a brand-new lightning protection system to safeguard the development in the event of an electrical storm.
