The Nationwide is the largest building society in the world with over 15 million members. It is also a British mutual financial institution, headquartered in Swindon. The building society continues to invest in its branch network and bricks and mortar operation despite other banks closing high street locations.
The extended contract will see the Group’s specialists inspect, test, repair and replace a range of equipment including staircases, handrails, ladders and anchor points. Falls from height remain one of the most common causes of injury in the workplace and planned preventative maintenance of this kind is crucial in ensuring buildings remain safe for all users.
