Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been selected to provide specialist electrical services at 22 Tower Street an exclusive development in the heart of Covent Garden.
This 140-year-old former school building, more recently used as the headquarters of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Really Useful Group, is being redeveloped to create 22 luxurious apartments spread across six floors and 17,500 square feet and a separate house. This imposing Grade II-listed building has been extensively refurbished but also restored to retain its unique character.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will install a lightning protection system that will protect the structural integrity of this historic building and safeguard its users on the event of a lightning storm.
PTSG has provided lightning protection solutions for a large and growing portfolio of buildings in Central London. The London office of PTSG Electrical Services Ltd is the oldest supplier of lightning protection services in the UK and possibly even Europe, dating back to 1835.
