Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is to deliver specialist access and safety services at Henderson Park and Greystar’s build-to-rent development at Nine Elms Park, Battersea.
Located at the former Royal Mail depot in the Battersea Nine Elms regeneration area, the project will consist of 641,000 square feet of residential space across two buildings, providing a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments for rent, as well as 25,000 square feet of tenant space and a further 25,000 square feet of retail.
The phased development will provide extensive resident amenities all within walking distance of two stations on the extended Northern Line and close to the new US Embassy. Amenities will include a swimming pool, gym and lounge. The first homes are expected to be ready in 2022, with full completion scheduled for 2024.
Engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd will deliver façade access equipment including davit arms and Mansafe systems on the building roofs. This will enable safe and effective access by engineers and operatives performing cleaning and maintenance services.
