Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been chosen to deliver multiple specialist services at a regeneration project in Speke, Liverpool.
In a bundled services contract that is seeing the Group becoming known as a ‘complete specialist services provider’, engineers from two of its four business divisions will deliver high-level cleaning, lightning protection and electrical compliance services.
The Parklands project consists of a large Secondary Academy School and Neighbourhood Hub incorporating a library, post-office and several Local Authority Services offices. Parklands High School had to close in 2014 due to falling student numbers – just ten years after it opened. Liverpool Parklands is part of the controversial private finance initiative (PFI) which was created during John Major’s spell as Prime Minister in the 1990s.
PTSG’s bundled services contracts often satisfy all clients’ requirements in facilities management. The advantages for them include a single point of contact for all services, a far more focused approach to the servicing of their assets, plus the associated cost savings.
