Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is to provide a lightning protection system for Jubilee Meadows, a new residential development in the surrey town of Hersham.
The former Rydens Enterprise School, which consisted of dilapidated 1960s buildings, was demolished to make way for the new Jubilee Meadows development. Bewley Homes is now constructing 296 dwellings of which 43% will be affordable homes, in line with the local policy for affordable housing. The project was originally forecast to be complete in December 2020, a deadline which has been moved due to the coronavirus and the impact on work in all sectors.
