Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been appointed by Cogent Projects to install the commercial and residential sprinkler system at the new Marshgate development site in London.
It was recently announced that the design work has commenced on this upcoming project, which is located in close proximity to the Olympic Park, London Stadium and Pudding Mill Lane Station. The new development will include 75 high-specification apartments, incorporated within two towers (four and eight storeys high). They are situated on top of four floors of new work space offices with a combined floor space of over 5000m².
In addition to sprinkler systems, PTSG designs, installs and maintains dry and wet riser systems, tests and inspect fire hydrants and also provides fire safety training and risk assessments.
