Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has received the order to provide a second year of multi-disciplinary specialist services for Kier Housing Maintenance.
Engineers from PTSG’s Access & Safety, Electrical Services and Fire Solutions divisions will provide specialist inspection services for emergency lighting, lightning protection, dry risers and fall-arrest equipment at 800 properties throughout the UK.
Kier Housing Maintenance specialises in providing tailored planned maintenance and responsive repairs, compliance and refurbishment projects in occupied properties across the UK.
PTSG has built up a large portfolio in the property development and maintenance sectors. Just one of many recent examples was a project undertaken for Clarendon, London N8. Engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd installed new ManSafe and abseil systems to ensure operatives remain safe when carrying out maintenance services at the buildings. This ensured the new development is legally compliant with regulations.
