Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is to deliver a range of specialist building services at an exclusive redevelopment project in London’s West End.
Engineers from three of PTSG’s four business divisions will combine to provide the testing of: fall arrest systems, lightning protection systems, dry risers and electrical systems.
One Southampton Place is a renovation and refurbishment scheme providing stylish and contemporary offices. It was developed by Aviva Investors and designed by John Robertson Architects. The refurbishment also included the rationalisation of the floor plates and the creation of a new central core. The building was awarded a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and the highest ever final post-construction score for an office refurbishment: 82.17%.
PTSG’s four business divisions are: PTSG Access & Safety Ltd, PTSG Electrical Services Ltd, PTSG Building Access Specialists Ltd and PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd. Each operates independently but can combine on projects such as this to deliver a complete specialists services solution for its clients.
