Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been successful in securing a contract to provide multiple specialist services for Vertas.
Vertas Group Ltd. is one of the fastest growing multi-service facilities management companies in the UK. The company directly delivers a wide range of facilities services and has acquired a number of local businesses and local supply partners during its growth.
PTSG’s contract is with Inviron and covers chimney inspections, electrical testing and the testing and inspection of lightning protection systems. It is the second time the Group has worked for Vertas. The first was in 2018, when engineers from across PTSG’s four divisions attended council properties to provide lightning protection and fall arrest works, chimney inspections, fixed wire testing and portable appliance testing.
PTSG has consistently maintained a contract renewal rate above 88 per cent, which speaks of the satisfaction amongst clients with the service it provides. Its buildings portfolios encompass a wide range of industry sectors including retail, residential, education, health and green industries.
