Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has been contracted to provide specialist electrical services at Berkeley House, one of the most prominent buildings in Berkeley Square in London’s Mayfair district.
A team from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd. is currently on site to service and upgrade the existing lightning protection system.
Berkeley Square House is one of London’s finest and most internationally recognised addresses. Originally laid out in the mid-eighteenth century by architect William Kent, the 352,000-square-foot building now provides a prestigious, pre-eminent head office for some of the West End’s most dynamic occupiers.
In performing their work, PTSG’s engineers are able to access areas of the building that are off limits to the general public, taking a little time to appreciate the architecture and history of this fine building – which they are helping to preserve for generations to come.
PTSG works on a great many buildings of historical buildings, delivering lightning protection as well as a number of other specialist services including high-level reparation and cleaning, dry riser installation and maintenance, helping to protect and preserve the buildings and all who use them.
