Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) is delighted to have been named a winner at the BIFM Awards 2018.
The company was awarded the top prize in the Innovation in Professional Development category for its work to build and support a highly skilled workforce through significant investments in training and development.
The ceremony, held on 15th October 2018 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, was hosted by BBC Breakfast presenter Steph McGovern and attended by over 1,200 industry professionals. The awards are always one of the highlights of the facilities management calendar and aim to celebrate the lasting impact of FM on business, the economy and wider society.
PTSG CEO, Paul Teasdale, said: “We are incredibly pleased to have been recognised for our efforts in delivering outstanding training and development opportunities for our entire team. Our people are the most highly skilled in the niche specialist marketplace that we operate in and we aim to build on this award by further supporting our engineers and back office staff, new and old, in their ongoing professional development.
“Our training programmes create a supportive workplace and strengthen the skills of our team members. Our development programmes help our people to deliver to a higher level, keeping us right at the forefront of our industry and well ahead of our competitors.
“PTSG is a long-time supporter of BIFM and it is an honour to have been recognised by the Institute for excellence in this area. I would like to thank everyone at PTSG for their contribution to our award-winning business, as well as special thanks to Terry Wilcock, Group Director Health and Safety and Group Assessor Paul Campbell for the key role they both played in helping us to win this award.”
