Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG) has been awarded a new contract to deliver works for one of the UK’s biggest and busiest airports.
The Group will carry out investigative works on a cradle used for maintenance works on the skylink walkways between the terminals and rail station at Manchester Airport. The work will be undertaken on behalf of the airport’s FM provider, Mitie.
PTSG is carrying out a range of specialist testing services for Manchester Airport.
Manchester Airport is the UK’s third busiest airport, with over 23 million passengers travelling to around 225 destinations across the globe every year. The airport will undergo a £1 billion development project, which aims to double passenger numbers at the airport by 2050.
PTSG has a strong reputation for delivering work in the high-pressure environments of airports, where maintaining day-to-day operations is essential. Other airports benefiting from the Group’s expertise include Doha International Airport, London Heathrow Airport and Aberdeen International, among many others.
