Premier Technical Services Group PLC (PTSG)’s specialist cradle installation business has secured an order to provide a specialist access solution for refurbishment works at a new development in the City of London.
Sugar Quay sits on a prestigious direct riverside location on the north bank of the River Thames besides the Tower of London. The former office block is being replaced with a contemporary mixed-use scheme, including 165 private residential apartments; studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.
Integral Cradles, acquired by PTSG in October 2015, has been awarded a contract to provide a bespoke access solution for glass replacement and cleaning projects at the scheme. The project will be delivered to an accelerated programme and is set to be completed during 2018.
Part of PTSG’s Access and Safety division, Integral Cradles provides permanent Façade Access Equipment for new build, refurbishment and ongoing maintenance projects. The company is well-known for performing specialist access works around London, and recently delivered a complex access solution scheme at the iconic One Blackfriars’s, a 52-storey skyscraper in London’s Bankside.
